摘要: Abstract The template activity (amino acid incorporation) and binding properties of rat liver RNA from ribosomal subunits derived polyribosomes NH 4 Cl-washed ribosomes were investigated. the 40S subunit exhibited a dose-related linear response in cell-free amino incorporating system RNase I-less mutant, E. coli D10. On other hand, fractions or 60S showed inhibitory very low no linearity response. fraction neonatal fetal twice stimulatory as corresponding adult fraction. A KCl wash was able to specifically effect purified 30S at least 10% extracted polyribosomes. From these results, it concluded that contains mRNAs which could be assayed heterologous system.
