摘要: Resume La pompe a calcium de la membrane plasmique l'hepatocyte assure sortie du cytosolique hors cellule. Ce systeme ete bien defini sur base son origine membranaire, activite ATPasique haute affinite pour le Ca 2+ , transport calcium, ainsi que formation d'un intermediaire phosphoryle. apparait comme une cible hormonale puisqu'il montre glucagon et les hormones mobilisant c'est-a-dire agonistes α 1 -adrenergiques, vasopressine l'angiotensine II, inhibent ce systeme. Cette revue generale detaille mecanisme d'inhibition par insiste differences entre celui-ci processus calcium. En conclusion, il l'inhibition peut jouer un role majeur dans d'action hormonal en prolongeant l'elevation libre cytosolique.
