摘要: Abstract Composite plates made of satin weave fabric show macroscopic anti-symmetry and coupling effects. The essential mechanism such behaviour is explained. Closed-form solutions the upper lower bounds stiffness compliance are obtained by simplest series model in connection with uniform stress strain assumptions. Finite element analyses using three-dimensional isoparametric elements also conducted. fall between both within a certain limit. deviation actual quasi-micromechanical conditions from simple assumptions can be seen FEM results.
