摘要: The soybean aphid, Aphis glycines Matsumura (Hemiptera: Aphididae), is an intro- duced pest of soybean, Glycine max (L.) Merr., in North America, and it can reduce yields by 50%. Since 2000, when A. was Þrst detected the United States, studies this insect possible control methods have been initiated. Plant resistance to aphid species one important component integrated control. Reproduction A.glycines compared on 240 entries a pesticide- free greenhouse. Eleven had fewer nymphs produced, with susceptible checks, these were used follow-up experiments assess antibiosis antixenosis. Antibiosis estimated true no-choice tests, which adults conÞned individually double-sided sticky cages stuck upper side leaves. Antixenosis assessed choice all planted single pot. Adult aphids placed center pot, 24 h later number each plant counted. Of 11 evaluated, nine showed moderate antibiotic effect glycines, other two (K1639 Pioneer 95B97) not only strong but also exhibited antixenosis as category glycines. resistant found work are potential sources for
