The from has been as heterogeneous and it seems various forms should be interpreted to predict a patient. Various techniques Mining have applied patients disease. But, uncertainty was not removed available mining. To remove uncertainty, made an attempt by introducing fuzziness measured data. A membership function designed incorporated value uncertainty. Further, classify based on attributes collected field. Minimum distance K-NN classifier among groups. It Fuzzy suits well compared other classifiers parametric techniques.
