摘要: Transforming the energy system to one with a greater importance of renewables requires redirecting and accelerating technological change. In this transition, so-called policy mixes play crucial role. Yet precisely how affect innovation remains poorly understood. To remedy this, in study we choose qualitative company case approach analyze impact comprehensive mix, taking offshore wind Germany as research case. We find that feed-in tariff level perceived consistency credibility German mix have been vital drivers. Specifically, consistent stable strategy its long-term targets, instrument appear RD&D. contrast, adoption decisions depend on mix. Finally, high can partly offset negative effects inconsistencies
