摘要: Long double-stranded RNAs (dsRNAs) are duplex that can induce immune response when present in mammalian cells. These historically associated with viral replication, but recent evidence suggests human cells naturally encode endogenous dsRNAs regulate antiviral machineries cellular contexts beyond response.
