摘要: Temporary occlusion of cerebral arteries facilitates many neurovascular operations, f.e. clipping aneurysms or extirpation arteriovenous malformations. The chance a safe and longer interruption perfusion would considerably widen the surgical options. standard neuroprotective options in neurosurgery involve nimodipine, mannitol, dexamethasone, mostly barbiturates.
