摘要: Typical spectral radiance data are presented for a rectangular portion of the horizon sky under various weather conditions and at different solar positions. Representative curves were selected from total seventy-nine measurements which covered meteorological ranges (at 665 mμ) 10 km to 106 altitudes −6° 74°. The north noon with 30-km or greater range typically produced peak 5 μW cm−2sr−1mμ−1. maximum value obtained in study was 38 cm−2sr−1mμ−1 south winter. reciprocal dispersion varied 1.8 mμ/mm 400 mμ approximately 8 1000 mμ. A mixture fog haze curve two maxima.
