Early phase changes by concurrent endurance and strength training

摘要: To compare regimens of concurrent strength and endurance training, 26 male basketball players were matched for stature, body composition, physical activity level. Subjects completed different training programs 7 weeks, 4 days per week. Groups as follows: (a) the group (S; n = 7) did training; (b) (E; (c) (S + E; combined (d) control (C; 5) had no training. The S E showed greater gains in Vo(2)max than (12.9% vs. 6.8%), whereas a decline (8.8%). Gains noted vertical jump performance groups. better posttraining anaerobic power (6.2% 2.9%). No strength, power, or present C We conclude that is more effective terms improving athletic are apart.
