摘要: BACKGROUND: Stimuli-sensitive materials show enormous potential in the development of drug delivery systems. But low response rate most stimuli-sensitive limits their wider application. We propose that electrospinning, a technique for preparation ultrafine fibrous with diameters, may be used to prepare fast stimuli. RESULTS: Poly[styrene-co-(maleic sodium anhydride)] and cellulose (SMA-Na/cellulose) hydrogel nanofibers were prepared through hydrolysis precursor electrospun poly[styrene-co-(maleic anhydride)]/cellulose acetate (SMA/CA) nanofibers. In presence diethylene glycol, SMA/CA composite crosslinked by esterification at 145 °C, then hydrolyzed yield SMA-Na/cellulose These showed better mechanical strengths pH responsive. Their water swelling ratio characteristic two-step increase = 5.0 8.2, reaching maximum 27.6 g g−1 9.1. CONCLUSION: The SMA-Na supported on improved dimensional stability upon immersion aqueous solutions. They This new type nanofiber is material biomedical applications.
