摘要: Electrical stimulation of the hypothalamic and midbrain defense regions evoked convergent excitatory responses in neurons nucleus paragigantocellularis lateralis (PGL) rats anesthetized with urethane. Stimulation PGL activated periaqueductal gray matter (PAG) hypothalamus antidromically. In PAG projecting were localized region but they more widely distributed lateral dorsal to it, mainly zona incerta. We conclude that there are independent pathways from which relay on PGL. may activate monosynaptic projection as well polysynaptic pathways. contrast, probably excites fibers passage: integrated pattern autonomic changes produced by electrical be due activation efferent outflow dispersed cell bodies whose axons run through region.
