摘要: SUMMARY When remote sensing users are asked to define their requirements for a new sensor, the big questionthatalwaysarisesis:willthetechnicalspecificationsmeetthescientificrequirements? Herein, wediscussquantitativerelationshipsbetweeninstrumentalspectralandradiometric characteristics and data exploitable lava flow subpixel temperature analysis. This study was funded within framework of ESA activities IR GMES (Global Monitoring Environment Security) element mission in 2005. Subpixel retrieval from satellite infrared is well-established method that well documented literature. However there little attention paid error analysis on estimated parameters due atmospheric correction radiometric accuracy sensor. In this study, we suggest best spectral bands combination estimate parameters. We also demonstrate poor corrections may vanish effectiveness most radiometrically accurate instrument.
