摘要: A stochastic streamflow program was developed to simulate inflow a large river from network of gauged tributaries. The uses historical data major tributary gauges near their confluence with the main stem and combines them stochastically represent spatial temporal patterns in flood events. It incorporates seasonality, event basis, correlation occurrence peak magnitude between basins. produces synchronous hydrographs, which when combined routed, reproduce observed hydrograph characteristics, including peak, volume, shape, duration, timing. Verification is demonstrated using daily primary Sacramento River basin, California. applied simulating flow at ungauged locations, assessing risk fluvial systems, detecting bed level change.
