摘要: Abstract Two azo chromophores containing fluorinated benzene and alkyl chain as isolation group were designed synthesized, respectively, the corresponding alkoxysilane dyes obtained by coupling 3-isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane with chromophores. The molecular structures verified elemental analysis, hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance, Fourier transform infrared spectrum. Followed a sol–gel process of dyes, inorganic–organic hybrid films prepared spin-coating. After electric poling, these show higher nonlinear optical (NLO) response than their analog chromophore DR1. Furthermore, exhibits better enhanced effect flexible group. highest NLO coefficients ( d 33 ) film was determined to be 140.5 pm V − 1 at concentration 40%.
