摘要: The electron microscope has been used to study transneuronal degenerative changes in the cells of olfactory bulb rabbit and rat following removal mucosa. principal features this type change are cell shrinkage, a concentration cytoplasmic nuclear constituents, an alteration organization nucleic acid material, swelling membrane-bound systems; some elements cellular appear unchanged, including synaptic specializations. described for each part neuron--soma, dendrite, axon terminal--as well as variants found different cells. degree morphological appears be related extent denervation any individual does not seem sequential.
