摘要: Abstract Objective . To determine whether differences in the knee joint movement pattern of a forward lunge could be quantified healthy subjects and anterior cruciate ligament deficient who were able to return same activity level as before their injury ( copers ) those not non-copers ). Design The patterns injured leg coper non-coper right control compared statistically. Background seems less stressful test than commonly used one-legged hop test, which makes it possible tool for evaluating comparing functional performance copers. Methods was analysed by using two-dimensional inverse dynamics method. electromyographic quadriceps hamstring muscles recorded. Results moved more slowly loaded controls. during flexion phase but fast controls extension. EMG results suggest that stabilized increasing co-contraction hamstrings extension phase. Conclusions Differences between three groups' quantified. appropriate discriminate function subjects. Relevance Information about movements, significantly load patients may contribute better understanding dynamic stabilization, is relevant relation development rehabilitation strategies.
