摘要: Out of necessity, the earliest studies immigrants' performance in labor market Western countries focused solely on men. However, as employment rates women rise and approach those men, questions about adjustments immigrant also become increasingly relevant. Furthermore, earnings assimilation have typically analyzed only individuals actually employed (full-time) market. Hence, they are unable to provide valuable insights into extent which participation immigrants - men or increase over time host country. This study analyzes explicitly non-Western both enter Norway.
