摘要: Conventional treatment with cytostatics and/or irradiation can barely prolong survival in patients CML.Allogeneic BMT has frequently led to Philadelphia (Ph)-negative haemopoiesis the option of long term survival. For lacking suitable bone marrow donors,collecting enough autologous buffy coat cells and subsequent autografting blast crisis is another approach (1).In a recent report,a rather unexplainable finding was described: Following unpurged patient Ph+ CML,a transient Ph− vivo restored (2).This observation confirmed (3) who were autografted un-purged blood-derived huffy cells.
