摘要: Der geschichtlichen Entwicklung der Pulvermetallurgie entsprechend wird zunachst ihre wirtschaftliche und technische Bedeutung behandelt. Das Gebiet gewinnt, besonders durch die steigende Verwendung von Titan, Molybdan, Zirkon u. a. bisher wenig benutzten Metallen, an Interesse. Sinterstoffe haben sich fur zahlreiche Spezialaufgaben gut bewahrt. Powder Metallurgy Part I: The Present Technical and Economic Position of Powder Metallurgy Following the historical development powder metallurgy, author first deals with its economic technical significance. This field is gaining in importance, particularly through increasing use titanium, molybdenum, zirconium other metals previously little used. Materials which sinter have been found to be very suitable for numerous special applications.
