摘要: The nonmetabolizable glucose analogs, [3H]2-deoxy-D-glucose and [3H]O-methyl-D-glucose, were used to determine whether iodide influences transport in porcine cells primary culture. Incubation with (3 h) decreased basal a half-maximum at NaI 3 X 10(-5) M maximum 10(-4) M. Iodide-treated reduced specific binding [3H]cytochalasin B (38% 47% respect control NaI). These data suggest that treatment reduces functional carriers mediating thyroid.
