Empirical evidence of the perceptions and behaviours by international tertiary students towards the future environment in New Zealand

摘要: The purpose of this research was to determine the perceptions international students at an tertiary institution, UUNZ, in Auckland New Zealand. A quantitative method applied; 92 questionnaires were distributed amongst undergraduateand post graduate business who target population. aims establish what students’ attitudes towards sustainability and environment are a foreign country. Some findings are: country origin age affect individual’s thinking; thinking between nationalities groups is not significant; demographic factors patterns; different religions have similar regarding protection natural resources. Similarities discussed differences opinion identified; Positive long term impacts sustainable development revealed; social cultural found be positive. identified. Trends then recommendations for institutions that applicable globally form last section before conclusions.
