摘要: The state‐to‐state integral cross sections for the inelastic scattering of CH(X 2Π) and D2 to produce rotationally excited product have been measured in a crossed‐beam apparatus by laser‐induced fluorescence method. Two types measurements were performed: (1) translational energy dependence an individual quantum state (2) distribution products at fixed well‐defined energy. For channel, gradually increased from dynamical threshold broad maximum then slowly decreased as increases. Evidence multiple‐impact rotational rainbows was found possible frequency‐locking phenomenon between two receding rotors resulted. Moderate orbital alignment observed except highest levels product.
