摘要: Experiments were conducted under laboratory, greenhouse and field conditions to investigate the possible utilization of plant extracts control Sphaerotheca fuliginea, causal pathogen squash powdery mildew. Six air dried materials, i.e. anise seeds, blue gum leaves, chamomile flowers, cumin marjoram herb thyme herb, as well three organic solvents (acetone, methanol, petroleum ether) used for extraction. Methanolic (ME) gave significant decrease in spore germination S. fuliginea. Treating detached leaves with (OSE) preventive curative treatments proved that first was more effective than second controlling disease. Spraying decreased mildew disease incidence increased total phenols. Also, spraying sufficient most cases. However, efficiency methanolic extract treatment always comparable fungicide Afugan.
