摘要: The invention provides optical interconnects of data-processing cores multicore chips by means digital planar holographic microchips. method comprises delivering “N” laser lights to on the host chip, coding obtained signals modulating them with core-generated data, and then modulated coded a microchip formed same substrate chip as cores, splitting into (N−1)N copy signals, all except one that generates decoding data from output delivered processing receivers. is efficient in it allows replacing electrical between can be matched current semiconductor production technology.
