摘要: Described are a system and method of adaptively managing bandwidth between services contending for the on an optical link. Bandwidth is allocated to each service For service, current utilization metric representing measure usage by that computed. Additional one in response if link currently at less than full capacity, otherwise allocation balanced least capacity.
