摘要: Abstract Cholecystokinin octapeptide-like (CCK-OP-like) immunoreactivity was localized in the rat brain by using indirect immunofluorescence method. Specificity immunohistochemical studies demonstrated virtual elimination of staining with either preimmune sera or preadsorbed CCK-OP and achievement similar fluorescent patterns two different primary anti-CCK-OP sera. CCK-OP-like fluorescence neuronal cell bodies, fibers, varicose terminals. The most dense collections cells occurred periaqueductal gray dorsomedial hypothalamus. Substantial numbers fibers also were present medial/dorsal perirhinal cortex; more limited groups found pyramidal layer hippocampus dorsal raphe.
