摘要: Assays using binding studies involving function of BRCA1a protein have use for diagnosis and evaluation possible tumorogenicity agents, particularly estrogenic agents. The assays do not rely on a probe only specific sequences, but effects known unknown or previously studied sequences (consequence genetic changes) posttranslational modification BRCA1 proteins (as consequence epigenetic as seen in hereditary sporadic cancers.
