摘要: An agent-based model (ABM) for simulating the interactions between flooding and pedestrians is augmented to more realistic responses of evacuees during floodwater flow. In this version ABM, crowd have different body heights weight, extra behavioural rules are added incorporate pedestrians’ states stability walking speed in floodwater. The ABM applied replicate an evacuation scenario a synthetic test case flooded shopping centre. Simulation runs performed with increasingly sophisticated configuration modes rules. results analysed based on spatial temporal indicators informing dynamic variations flood risk pedestrians, i.e. terms commonly used Hazard Rating (HR) metric, variable speed, instability due toppling and/or sliding. Our analysis reveals significantly prolonged times exposure levels as become sophisticated. Also, it allows us identify conservative HR thresholds pedestrian floodwater, new formula relating stable Accompanying details software accessibility provided.
