摘要: Lodging is one of the major problems in rice production. In this study, we identified quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for lodging resistance traits using recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from a cross between two high yielding and superior resistant cultivars, Tachisugata Hokuriku 193. A total 19 QTLs were detected on chromosomes (Chrs.) 2, 4, 6, 8, 9 10 F6 F7 populations. particular, stable QTL section modulus (SM) outer diameter axis (ODMA) was Chr. 2 both populations, positive allele Tachisugata. Correlation analysis showed that SM ODMA positively correlated with bending moment at breaking, primary factor breaking type rice. addition, spikelet number secondary branch per panicle also which overlapped related to resistance. These results indicated might have combined effects associated grain yield. The novel would be promising target marker-assisted selection improve yield
