摘要: The authors present a case of spinal cord ischemia at level C2 related to cocaine use. neurologic pattern was an anterior hemisection syndrome. Urodynamic assessment performed 6 and 14 months from the neurovascular event. ice-water test (IWT) showed uninhibited bladder cooling reflex, despite areflexic detrusor (at routine filling cystometry). Occult hyperreflexia became overt during following month registered by second urodynamic assessment.
