摘要: Visible photoluminescence (PL) from ZnO has been found to be tunable in a wide range blue green and orange through chemical doping annealing. Mg-doped, (Al, Li)-doped, undoped thin films were deposited on glass substrates by metal-organic decomposition method at temperatures around 600 °C. The annealed under different atmospheres, including air, oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen/nitrogen. X-ray diffraction analysis field-emission scanning electron microscope observations revealed that the consisted of large grains 50−100 nm size. When Mg-doped nitrogen or hydrogen/nitrogen, unusual bluish-white PL, respectively, was observed response an ultraviolet light excitation.
