Arene diazonium saccharin intermediates: a greener and cost-effective alternative method for the preparation of aryl iodide

摘要: In the current protocol, arene diazonium saccharin derivatives were initially produced from various substituted aromatic amines; subsequently, these intermediates treated with a greener organic iodide for preparation of aryl iodide. We tried to choose low-cost, commercially available, biodegradable, recoverable, ecofriendly, and safe reagents solvents. The could be stored in liquid phase into refrigerator long time no significant loss activity. outstanding merits protocol (a) included partial recovering tetraethylammonium salt, (b) reduce use solvents reaction steps due eliminating separation purification intermediates, (c) good yield sterically hindered substrates, (d) avoid generation heavy metal or corrosive waste.
