摘要: Abstract We have developed an optical pumping NMR system for semiconductors as effective nuclear spin polarizer a solid-state quantum computer. The was successfully applied to enhance 31P polarization in InP doped with Fe, and the enhancement of the 31P signal by more than two orders magnitude achieved. also observed strong dependences on helicity photon energy incident light. most achieved σ+ smaller bandgap 10∼15 meV.
