摘要: In this paper radical production in atmospheric pressure water containing plasmas is discussed. As OH often an important these discharges the focuses on production.Besides nanosecond pulsed coronas and diffusive glow discharges, several other which are of interest nowadays have a typical electron temperature range 1–2 eV ionization degree 10−5–10−4. These properties quite different from plasma known low gas discharges. In physics literature primarily ascribed to be due electron, metastable induced or thermal dissociation water, processes dominant (low pressure) combustion hot flames. It shown that for also dissociative recombination can effective method production. Several examples presented detail. This provides basic framework shows accurate knowledge ne, Te, Tg, ionic species, neutral species indispensable obtain complete view chemical kinetics challenging complex plasmas. A few relevant diagnostics together with their limitations briefly discussed context.
