摘要: GABA and barbiturate-activated currents of isolated single neurons in the rat cerebellum were studied by means concentration clamp, voltage clamp intracellular perfusion methods. The dissociation constant (Kd) was 3 +/- 0.8.10(-5) M. Pentobarbital potentiated GABA-induced conduction neurons. dose-effect for shifted along abscissa axes. Optimal concentrations which effect within 10(-6)-10(-4) pentobarbital above 5.10(-4) M without activated Cl conductance. short-time conductance during fast washing off found to increase.
