摘要: In the present work, we have reported electrochemical characteristics of x Li(Ni 0.375 Mn Co 0.25 )O 2 -(1 - x)Li(Li 1/3 2/3 (x = and 0.40) cathodes for lithium rechargeable batteries. high resolution transmission electron microscopy micrographs these compositions, domains that lead to superlattice ordering clearly been identified. For size such nanodomains yields coherent X-ray diffraction. The discharge capacities 0.25Li(Ni -0.75Li(Li 0.40Li(Ni -0.60Li(Li after first is be ~244 198 mAh/g, respectively, in voltage window 4.8-2.0 V. higher argued due reduction manganese ions ~3+ valence states. Through analyses impedance data, claimed charge, a surface layer formed on cathode surface, which substantially increases resistance. capacity fading probably related formation resistive layer.
