摘要: Two patients with nephrotic syndrome developed fatal fulminant hepatitis B following withdrawal of prednisolone or cyclophosphamide. Immunosuppressive therapy probably enhanced virus (HBV) replication and widespread infection hepatocytes; its permitted a return immune competence resulting in massive destruction infected hepatocytes. Prior screening all for surface antigen, gradual immunosuppressive drugs careful monitoring, prompt intervention corticosteroids at the first clinical biochemical signs liver cell damage may prevent this complication.
