摘要: It was suggested that the ability of cancer to avoid immune response pressure (that should be expected capable annihilate at its early stage) can attributed cells evolve. The goal this notice is illustrate possibility by means mathematical modelling. In notice, we construct a simple mechanistic model evolution, which based upon classical cancer-immune interaction. Numerical simulations confirm hypothesis if mutates fast enough and not sufficiently strong, then able evolution.
