Risk factors and interventions related to maternal and pre-pregnancy obesity, pre-diabetes and diabetes for maternal, fetal and neonatal outcomes: a systematic review

摘要: Around the world, 60 million women of reproductive age have type 2 diabetes and 15% pregnant gestational mellitus (GDM). GDM accounts for 90% all cases in pregnancy, if left unrecognized pose a higher risk morbidity mother fetus. Although is temporary phenomenon woman, but 5–10% with develop after delivery more than 50% within 5–10 years delivery. However, prevalence critically depends on diagnostic methods criteria. This review has undertaken an in-depth analysis to systematically assess factors interventions screening, detection, prevention management pre-pregnancy obesity, pre-diabetes at different levels care (community, outreach, facility) draw research gaps recommendations particularly low- middle-income countries.
