摘要: [1] The link between stratospheric ozone decline and ultraviolet (UV) radiation increase at the Earth's surface is well established. In Northern Hemisphere extratropics, accumulated from autumn to spring as a result of transport its source region in tropics. The amount varies year due natural dynamical variability chemical destruction by anthropogenic substances. Observational modeling studies show that these total anomalies persist extratropics summer. Here we analyze time series ground-based UV measurements satellite retrievals demonstrate there strong springtime summer extratropics. some regions, interannual abundance explains 20–40% variability, this relation can be used for improving seasonal forecasts. Using chemistry models, estimate influence polar loss on north 35°N. We massive Arctic depletion 2011 increased March–August cumulative erythemal clear-sky dose 3–4% compared climatology, with about 75% after breakup vortex. This strongly suggests effect anomaly persistence should included assessment impacts losses.
