摘要: The injurious properties of tissue-localized immune complexes (ICs) have long been recognized. A variety forms the process proved amenable to study in experimental animals and this has led an informative view pathogenetic factors involved. More recent application information human disease processes, thought or shown involve ICs, provided one best examples successful principle gaining understanding by animal models.
