摘要: Abstract Hydroxy-iron–aluminum pillared bentonite (H-Fe–Al-B) was synthesized with ion exchange method, and its catalyst characteristics were analyzed by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) photoelectron spectrometry (XPS). The photo-Fenton catalytic activity of H-Fe–Al-B tested under different reaction condition azocarmine B (ACB) as model pollutant ultraviolet light (UV) irradiation. effects three operating variables, initial dye concentration, pH value H2O2 concentration on the decolorization efficiency ACB optimized response surface methodology (RSM) based Box–Behnken design. results showed that hydroxy aluminum iron ions intercalated into interlayer spaces successfully had high photocatalytic activity. Analysis variance (ANOVA) indicated proposed quadratic could be used to navigate design space. approximately in accordance experimental case correlation coefficients R2, R adj 2 pred 0.9996, 0.9991 0.9934, respectively. optimum conditions for 143.7 mg/L, 4.2 17.7 mM, predicted rate determined 99.6%. Confirmatory tests carried out 99.5% observed, which closely agreed value.
