摘要: Abstract The heterogeneous nucleation and growth of precipitates at dislocations in Al–Cu–Mg alloy were investigated by examining sample aged 195 °C for various times from 10 min to 9 h. High resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) observations energy loss spectrometers (EELS) analysis show that the precipitation sequence S (Al 2 CuMg) phase along should be SSS → GPB zones → S (Type I) → S I) + S II). Type II precipitate can nucleate grow separately some dislocation parts which are unfavorable I formation, or transit during lateral means continuous stepped changing lattice orientations. Both these modes accomplished under action strain field. deviation extent is considered not with time but closely related interactions between transformation
