摘要: A technique is described for testing isolates of Septoria tritici from winter wheat resistance to benzimidazole fungicides. Secondary spores 23 were tested on Czapek Dox V-8 agar amended with benomyl at 1–10 μg ml. Twenty-one recovered eight crops in England 1984 and two (PBI isolates) obtained 1973. Thirteen isolates, including both PBI sensitive 1 ml−1 nine resistant 10 ml−1. The remaining isolate had a low proportion (1:3.7 x 104) spores. minimum inhibitory concentration was 0.2–0.4 ml more than 1000 1. Benomyl-resistant cross-resistant carbendazim, thiabendazole thiophanate-methyl, but not 12 other fungicides different modes action. implications these findings are discussed.
