摘要: Ultrastructural observations of spermatogenesis and sperm development Saccocoelioides godoyi, an intestinal parasite Leporinus friderici (Bloch, 1794) are described. The irregular-shaped spermatogonia form a peripheral layer, show prominent nucleus. Spermatocytes larger than spermatogonia, in the early stage present synaptonemal complex. Spermatids nuclei smaller spermatocytes. Spermiogenesis is characterized by outgrowth zone differentiation, presenting basal bodies, separated intercentriolar body. At end this process, spermatozoa released into residual cytoplasmic mass. S. godoyi elongate, similar to pattern described for other Digenea, showing nuclei, mitochondria two axonemes with 9+1 configuration. cortical microtubules on dorsal ventral faces laterally interrupted.
