摘要: A new digitally controlled decibel-linear variable gain amplifier (VGA) is presented. The proposed VGA uses a folded cascode opamp and capacitance-selecting technique to provide dB-linear control. provides 36.6dB control range with error less than 0.2dB while operating at 1GHz. It can also be operated 2GHz give 28dB an 0.65dB. power consumption 10.77mW 1.8V supply voltage.
