摘要: Management of acute renal artery occlusion remains a therapeutic challenge. We report our experience with 10 cases treated primarily by local infusion fibrinolytic agents. Renal occurred as result thrombosis stenosed vessel in three cases, from embolism two complication percutaneous transluminal angioplasty four and association aortic one case. Flank pain was present all hematuria cases. Acute failure seen at the time presentation (one case bilateral an associated nonfunctioning contralateral kidney). Diagnosis confirmed isotope scanning arteriography All patients were selective streptokinase or urokinase into occluded arteries. In five this combined balloon catheter angioplasty. Therapy initiated within 24 hours onset symptoms 3 days 6 after 5 weeks Successful revascularization initially achieved 7 arteriographic criteria. Rethrombosis patient therapy repeated successfully. function restored presenting failure. One necessitating resection form mesenteric descending colon infarction. No major bleeding complications encountered there no deaths group patients.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
