摘要: Rationale: Sarcoidosis may consist of a number distinct disease entities, one which could be Lofgren's syndrome. Patients with syndrome have an acute onset erythema nodosum (EN) and/or periarticular inflammation or arthritis the ankles, bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy (and in some cases parenchymal infiltrates) and usually fever. There is known association between HLA-DRB1*03 syndrome.Objectives: To investigate whether human leukocyte antigen type influences clinical manifestations, including course syndrome.Methods: We clinically characterized HLA-DRB1 typed 301 patients A total 275 were followed for more than 2 years classified as having nonresolving resolving disease.Measurements Main Results: Almost every DRB1*03-positive patient had within years, 49% DRB1*03-negative developed disease.
