摘要: Summary Background Norovirus outbreaks in hospitals remain a substantial threat despite many recommendations for prevention published recently. Aim To analyse the factors contributing to onset of norovirus outbreak order identify new options. Methods Data from 71 occurring five German between 2002 and 2012 were analysed focusing on start conditions: weekday outbreak, time span first symptomatic cases date, timing positive test result an presence concomitant Clostridium difficile infections.
